From my continued statement, Freeborn County District 5 Commissioner Ted Herman continues to serve with esteem, whereas representing the values promoted throughout his profession with the Albert Lea Police Division.
• Respect: Success is predicated upon mutual respect garnered and nourished in cooperation with people who he serves. Ted believes in treating everybody with respect and strives to make the residents happy with their group.
• Integrity: Ted’s choices are guided by a powerful moral course of primarily based upon the regulation enforcement code of ethics, legal guidelines and his sense of doing the appropriate factor. He acts in ways in which convey honor to his elected place and builds belief, confidence and respect with the group and folks he serves.
