Rochester NH drafts ethics coverage to information elected officers’ conduct

ROCHESTER — Following the removing of an elected metropolis councilor in Could, Rochester is engaged on an ethics coverage that may govern the conduct of elected officers sooner or later.

Metropolis Legal professional Terence O’Rourke has been reviewing draft copies of the coverage and making ideas. He stated the ethics code will go earlier than the Codes Committee in December for a remaining vote for referral to the Metropolis Council in January 2023.
